7 Surface Finishes for Custom Paper Hang Tags
We offer seven types of surface printing and finishing processes for hang tags: foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, die-cutting, and gloss or matte lamination. As shown in the images, these finishes are widely used across industries such as apparel, headwear, luggage, and luxury goods. You can choose to apply your own designs or logos to the cardstock using these techniques and pair them with suitable cords to create unique, customized hang tags.
Screen Printing
This method involves applying pigment through a pre-set stencil; it is cost-effective and suitable for flat patterns.
Gold/Silver Stamping
Gold leaf, silver leaf, or other colored materials are applied under pressure to the surface of the leather to create a pattern with a metallic sheen.
Embossing
