2D PVC Labels
• 2D PVC labels are flexible PVC labels manufactured using a mold. Their main characteristic is the clear hierarchy and boundaries between different colors or patterned areas. Text, logos, or graphics are typically presented in a flat or stepped, layered structure, rather than a smooth, continuous 3D effect.
• 2D PVC labels are ideal for displaying brand logos, letters, numbers, geometric patterns, and simple illustrations. Due to the excellent flexibility, water resistance, and abrasion resistance of PVC material itself, these labels are commonly used in clothing, bags, hats, footwear, outdoor products, and sports equipment.
2D Raised PVC Labels
• 2D raised PVC labels are created by using a mold to make logos, text, borders, or patterns stand out distinctly above the background layer, resulting in a clear relief effect.
• However, this type of label still falls under the “2D” structural category because the individual elements generally remain relatively flat; the design relies on fixed height differences between areas rather than the rounded contours, gradual height transitions, or complex 3D surfaces found in 3D PVC labels.

3D PVC Labels
