Ordering Steps
Ordering garment accessories should be a seamless process. tagsupplier.com offers over 30 different types of accessories—including buttons, hang tags, labels, and packaging bags—catering to the needs of the apparel, luggage, and home textile industries. We provide a one-stop solution for custom sourcing, helping individual brands and businesses save both time and money on their projects.
Step 1: Send a Quote.
First, please provide details regarding the product type, material, and printing or production specifications; we will assess whether we can manufacture the item based on this information.
Please ensure the accuracy of the information before submitting your request. Taking a clothing hangtag as an example, please include:
• Material: White cardstock, kraft paper, coated paper, specialty paper, etc.
• Paper weight: 250g, 300g, 350g, 400g
• Printing method: Offset printing, digital printing, screen printing
• Hole punching requirements: Whether punching is required, hole diameter, and position
• Quantity: Quantity determines the unit price and production method
• Packaging method: Packaging materials to be used
After you submit your basic information, we will provide a quote based on the product effects you desire.
Step 2: Send Design Files
Once you are satisfied with the quote, the second step is to submit the design documents and begin production.

Producible Document Specifications
Please follow these guidelines to ensure we can produce correctly (for hang tags, cardstock, etc.):
• Bleed: Approximately 3mm on all four sides
• Resolution: At least 300dpi
• Color Mode: CMYK
• File Format: High-resolution PDF
Design Draft Review
After you submit your documents, we will review them to ensure the product can be manufactured safely and completely. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance in preparing your documents.
Step 3: Pay Deposit and Inspect Samples
1. Deposit Payment: A deposit of 30%-50% is required before formal production. The specific amount depends on the order size.
2. Sample Inspection: We use high-resolution printing technology and dispensing machines to create samples of hang tags, silicone labels, or buttons. You can conduct quality checks before mass production.
Step 4: Mass Production
After the design documents are confirmed, experienced technicians will carry out the work to ensure that the product’s color and style meet expectations.
Step 5: Transportation and Delivery
After product completion,
• Final payment: The final payment is due before shipment.
• Shipment arrangement: Air freight, sea freight, or express delivery will be selected according to the quotation contract.
