Sampling Policy
We offer different sample policies depending on the product category, and we also provide sample packs to ensure that customers can see the quality of our products directly.
Sample Fees
Product Costs: We will provide free samples for your reference based on your product requirements. If you need new samples, a template fee will apply, which can be deducted from subsequent mass production costs.
Shipping Costs: Sample shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
What does the sample contain?
Based on customer requirements, we will send a product with the corresponding process for reference.
If you have prepared your design drafts, we can provide samples for inspection based on the design drawings (minimum 100 pieces).
After you submit your basic information, we will provide a quote based on the product effects you desire.
How much does it cost to ship samples?
The cost varies considerably depending on the region, but shipping costs are also lower because the parts are very lightweight.
For example, when shipping to the United States, sample packages cost between $20 and $40 (DDP).
